Web Design Portfolio
We have been asked to use Hotglue to design and create this portfolio of work. Hotglue is a tool designed to easily create sites by people with little to no experience in coding. It is a useful tool to learn with however it also limits the range of manipulation that can be implemented. I have talked about this more on the Hotglue page. Click the logo to the left or the tab at the top of the page for more information.
For my second project on the course I was given the opportunity to learn and use the program Processing 2 with one of the programmers who worked on creating the software. This is a programming language developed to enable the production of interactive content, learning how to code or prototyping. Click the logo on the right or the tab at the top of the page for more information.
Our final assignment was to use AppFurnace to design and develop a working mobile application. This could be either an app for an event, to help first years moving in to university or a simple game. AppFurnace could be described similar to Hotglue but for quickly creating an app. Once the app is made it can then be published and made live. Click the logo to the left or the tab at the top of the page for more information.
Welcome to my Web Design Portfolio. On this site I have included all the work that I have covered in my first module for Web Design at the University of the West of England. Over the first semester I have had to examine several different pieces of software and use different types of media. Click on my name at the top of the page to hear more about me or select one of the tabs to for more information on the projects.
